Let's Talk Water

VIRTUAL programs are now available! Due to COVID-19, our Let's Talk Water speaking events are now being conducted virtually. To schedule a speaker, please click here and complete the request form.
Let's Talk Water (formerly Speakers Bureau) provides an opportunity to learn about drinking water. Our subject matter experts explain the complex processes involved in water treatment and distribution; offer insight into industry careers; or, provide information and guidance on Cleveland Water initiatives and cost-saving programs.
We offer a wide selection of topics tailored to community groups such as schools, professional associations, senior groups, non-profit organizations, and other civic and faith-based organizations. Presentations are typically done in one-hour segments that allow ample time for questions and answers. Most presentations include visual support and all are free of charge to the communities Cleveland Water serves.
Potential topics include:
- A high-level overview of our history, water quality, distribution system, and emerging technologies
- Water Quality & Treatment
- Water Engineering & Distribution System
- Careers in the Water Industry
